New Computer Science Building Planned

The MS in Computer Science for Computer Professionals program is Maharishi University of Management's fastest growing academic program. During the past year, enrollment has expanded from 167 new students per year to nearly 300 students this year, and we expect enrollment to continue rising over the next few years. Since 1996, more than 1300 students from 75 countries have graduated.

To support this rapid expansion we have been adding more top-level faculty, additional courses, classrooms and labs, and now it is time to build a new Computer Science building. The current 12,000 square foot McLaughlin Building, inaugurated in 2002, created a beautiful home for the program. A new 18,000 square foot building, shown above, will be built next to the McLaughlin Building to accommodate this growth for the coming future. Already some of our alumni have expressed a goal of being able to give back to the University for what they have gained from their degree and growth in the program by becoming supporters and donating to help build this new home for our program.
